The Sr Data Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensuring the success of trading partner implementations.
This role monitors client data submissions and communicates with clients to resolve data quality issues.
The analyst works with partners to guide and assist in creating data mapping according to defined specifications.
They communicate directly with leadership regarding data needs and key deadlines.
The analyst researches and identifies data quality issues reported during onboarding or found through new file submissions, working with the client team on resolutions.
They field ongoing, incoming requests and questions regarding data specifications.
The analyst reviews files received for compliance with data needs, including testing files and identifying the business rules that need to be configured in the mapping tool.
They configure the mapping tool to support translation from source data to the desired format, including testing the tool and providing clear documentation to internal resources and customers.
The analyst acts as a resident expert for data requirements and specifications.
They remain informed and up to date with ongoing changes and evolution of data specifications.
The analyst leads co-worker training regarding data specifications and requirements.
They perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or 8+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
The candidate must have computer skills, including experience with ETL, analytic-based, data-driven reporting, Tableau, SqlServer, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
Experience with healthcare and/or pharmacy data is preferred.
Previous client-facing experience is required.
