This is an open application for Sr. Clinical Research Associates with CGT and/or Radiopharmaceutical experience for future needs; there is currently no active opening for this position yet.
The Sr. Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) will work remotely with travel requirements.
The role involves independently controlling and monitoring investigational sites, proactively detecting issues, and providing solutions to ensure clinical studies are performed according to the trial protocol and in compliance with SOPs, applicable regulations, and the principles of Good Clinical Practice.
The Sr. CRA will manage all aspects of monitoring for assigned clinical trials across study phases, including site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
The position requires building strong site relationships, acting as a primary point of contact, and ensuring high-quality data collection.
The Sr. CRA will identify and resolve site issues, escalating as needed to maintain trial integrity and patient safety.
The role includes mentoring and supporting junior CRAs, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience leading monitoring activities in complex trials, specifically in cell & gene therapy (CGT) and/or radiopharmaceuticals, with a minimum of at least 5 years’ experience.
A strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines is required.
Clear and confident communication skills in English are essential.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently and managing priorities.
A willingness to travel throughout the USA, as required, is necessary.
Effective clinical monitoring skills, mastering all types of visits, are required.
