rockITdata is seeking a Senior Consultant / Data Engineer to join their Emerging Solutions team, focusing on strategic insights and transformative solutions for healthcare organizations.
The Senior Consultant will play a critical role in driving client success for some of the world’s largest healthcare organizations.
Key responsibilities include designing and creating complex data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate insights, developing and testing data workflows to transform, clean, and structure data for consumption, and performing in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
The role also involves applying AI and ML concepts to innovate for clients, developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, and supporting client engagement from initial discovery through final recommendation and implementation.
Requirements:
A BA/BS Degree is required for this position.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in the data and analytics space.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL is necessary.
Expert-level skills in Talend (or similar) and data visualization platforms like Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI are required.
Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities are essential.
Advanced Excel and database management skills are needed.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities are required.
The ability to build and maintain client relationships is essential.
Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise are necessary.
Candidates should have the ability to lead project development.
