Remote Sr DevOps Engineer

Description:

• The position is for a Senior DevOps Engineer at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company that focuses on cost-per-lead media buying at scale.
• The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Costa Rica or LATAM.
• The engineer will manage and evolve the company’s AWS-based infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams.
• Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure on AWS, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and implementing infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• The engineer will also collaborate with engineering teams to support development, testing, and production environments, identify and fix performance bottlenecks, and maintain high availability and disaster recovery standards.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture is required.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD best practices and automation tooling is essential.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably using Terraform, is necessary.
• Familiarity with container orchestration and microservices architecture is important.
• Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with developers, product, and QA teams.
• Comfort in a remote, startup-style environment is required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is $4,500 – $6,500 USD per month.
