Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years in a technology or product leadership role, ideally within a digital-first or marketing-driven organization.
Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered tools, automation platforms, or data-rich internal systems is required.
Strong fluency in product development, data architecture, and web infrastructure delivery is necessary.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor partners, and align technical execution with business goals is essential.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to frame technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in bringing structure and prioritization to fast-moving, high-autonomy environments is needed.
Familiarity with large language model (LLM) applications and AI API integration is preferred.
A background in agency, consultancy, or media environments with rapid delivery cycles is advantageous.
Experience developing tools that intersect content, analytics, and creative workflows is beneficial.
Benefits:
The annual salary range for this full-time role is $140,000-$150,000, with actual salary depending on various factors.
The position is eligible for standard U.S. benefits offered to full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k, and Flexible PTO.
Employees will also receive 10 company-paid holidays.
