Description:

  • Lead the direction of the Privia Data Foundry and AI initiatives.
  • Responsible for executing a multi-year technology roadmap focusing on cloud modernization, analytics, automation, and AI/GenAI.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology delivery and engineering leadership.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs in global organizations.
  • Deep experience in healthcare technology delivery, particularly in Claims and Payer contracting.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's in computer science or related field, experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), and AI/ML solutions.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $187,000 to $220,000, plus annual bonus targeted at 20% and stock options.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
