Remote Sr. Full-stack Developer

• As a Sr. Full-stack Developer, you will report to Business Product Manager(s) and Business Engineering Manager.
• You will define or refine the scope of new features in collaboration with Product Managers.
• The role involves answering technical questions from non-engineering stakeholders, identifying the root cause of bugs, and distributing work among team members.
• You will be responsible for reviewing and approving pull requests (PRs).

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development is required.
• Relevant leadership experience is necessary for this position.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, Vite, Panda CSS/SCSS, and jQuery is essential.
• Experience with backend technologies including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL is required.
• Familiarity with tools like rbenv/nodenv, GitHub, and Jira is desired.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as RSpec, Jest, and Capybara is important.
• Understanding of architecture and patterns including Monorepo, component-based architecture, GraphQL for APIs, and Formik for form management is expected.
