  • The position requires travel of 5-10%, including overnight travel, both domestically and abroad.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 4-8 years of experience in software engineering roles with modern architectures and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue, is required.
  • Experience with backend development in languages such as Go, NodeJS, or Python is necessary.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB is expected.
  • Candidates should have experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
  • Experience with high-performance SaaS solutions built on microservices and serverless architectures is essential.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
  • Candidates should be flexible team players with the ability to organize and plan work independently.
  • The ability to work in a rapidly changing environment is crucial.
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards are also advantageous.

Benefits:

  • The base salary range for this full-time, exempt position is $140,000-155,000 per year, excluding variable compensation.
  • The starting salary will be based on various factors, including experience, education, training, merit, location, and alignment with HHAeXchange core values.
