The role involves leading client engagements and designing state-of-the-art Customer Experience (CX) Systems using HubSpot.
The Sr. Solutions Architect will guide clients through a comprehensive discovery process to understand their unique needs and goals with HubSpot.
Responsibilities include extracting and developing user stories from client meetings, creating detailed build plans, and working cross-functionally to service enterprise-level clients.
The position requires assessing marketing, sales, and service requirements, defining optimal system configurations, and mapping out future state processes and customer journeys.
The role also involves handling complex HubSpot configuration tasks, developing sophisticated nurture campaigns, and optimizing lead hand-offs and nurturing processes.
Extensive use of HubSpot reporting and analytics tools is required to enhance client insights.
