Serve Robotics is seeking a motivated Sr. ML Research Scientist to join their AI team.
The role involves applying advanced machine learning techniques to enhance agent prediction and planning models using multi-modality data.
The scientist will support the robots in navigating complex sidewalk environments safely and reliably.
Responsibilities include designing and developing learning-based prediction and planning pipelines for scalable robot fleet deployment.

Requirements:
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of industry experience in building perception and prediction modules for robotics or AV stack.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is necessary.
Candidates should have exposure to state-of-the-art research or publications in perception and prediction approaches.
A strong background in sensor fusion, particularly with lidar and camera, and modern transformer-based model architecture is essential.
A proven track record of building ML pipelines and deploying models in production is required.
Proficiency in Python and C++ is necessary, with a high standard for writing production-quality code.
Experience with large-scale real-world dataset curation and management is also required.
