The Sr. QA Operations Associate will ensure the highest quality standards in QA operations for AI training initiatives.
This role involves overseeing the development and execution of quality processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients to validate deliverables.
The position requires a strong attention to detail, technical expertise in Python and SQL, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve workflows at scale.

Key accountabilities include developing and maintaining quality standards for distributed task submissions, providing feedback to task writers, validating execution outcomes, and collaborating with stakeholders to refine guidelines and QA processes.
The role also involves managing onboarding and performance tracking of task writers, monitoring task performance metrics, documenting scalable processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the Director of Strategy & Operations with client relationships and contributing to high-value client projects as needed.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 2–3 years of experience in QA, data operations, or process quality.
Strong written communication skills are required to deliver concise, actionable feedback.
Proficiency in Python and SQL is necessary for QA validation and technical troubleshooting.
The candidate should possess high attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios.
Strong organizational skills are essential for managing workflows at scale.
The candidate must be based in the United States and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications include experience with QA tools (Jira, Confluence, Sentry, HubSpot), data labeling workflows, or AI/ML training projects.
It is preferred to have the ability to translate manual QA processes into scalable or automated systems and prior experience coordinating distributed testers or task writers.
