The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing technical solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce technologies.
Key responsibilities include leading the design of Salesforce solutions, including architecture, data models, and integration with other systems.
The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
The position requires providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
The architect will manage the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Responsibilities also include customizing and configuring Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs, designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, and monitoring and optimizing the performance of Salesforce solutions.
The role requires creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
Additionally, the architect will provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture and implementation is necessary, preferably with experience in large transformation projects.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications are preferred.
A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities is essential.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce development tools is required.
Experience with data modeling, integration, and API development is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
