Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years at a senior level.
  • A minimum of 4 years dedicated to building and refining web-based software products is required.
  • Strong backend skills are essential, with experience in Python, Django, Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS; familiarity with GitLab, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus.
  • For Full Stack roles, candidates should be primarily backend experts but able to contribute to frontend work using React.
  • Experience with event-driven systems and platform thinking is necessary, including familiarity with tools like Kafka, SQS, and observability tools like Datadog and Grafana.
  • Candidates should have used AI tooling or be willing to learn quickly about AI to enhance efficiency.
