The Provider Experience team aims to simplify life for Rula’s providers (therapists) by developing tools and experiences that alleviate their administrative burdens.
The role involves creating intuitive user experiences to boost productivity, developing backend services for securely storing highly-compliant PHI data, and implementing complex workflow automations to support clinical operations.
The position is for a passionate, mission-driven, frontend-focused senior engineer who can work across the entire stack.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of related professional experience in software engineering building modern web applications.
A minimum of 2+ years of production experience with React and Typescript is required.
Experience leading large frontend projects, including designing, planning, estimating, work breakdown, collaboration with multiple engineers, and releasing, is necessary.
Candidates should have the ability to operate full-stack.
A passion for engineering quality is essential.
