Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 8 years of industry experience in backend development.
• Proven ability to design clean and effective internal APIs and services is required.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and MongoDB is necessary.
• Demonstrated leadership in significant technical projects from inception to delivery is essential.
• A pragmatic problem-solving approach is needed, with the ability to assess build versus buy decisions and identify customer needs.
• Candidates should be product-minded engineers who empathize with users and are driven to solve their problems.
• Experience in building both early-stage and scaling systems is required, along with strong execution skills.
• Previous experience applying AI in products or a strong interest in exploring this area is preferred.
