CyberSource Corporation, a Visa Inc. company, is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer for multiple openings in Bellevue, WA.
The role involves writing optimized, secure, functional, and scalable code, as well as performance tuning results.
The engineer will produce unit level test cases in accordance with domain standards using provided tools.
Proper estimates for work must be provided, and the engineer will handle the end-to-end release process.
The position requires close collaboration with other teams to create an application that flows seamlessly and works intuitively with merchants.
The engineer will share knowledge and presentations with the development community and assist others with the knowledge gained over time.
This position reports to the Bellevue, Washington office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields is acceptable.
Experience can be gained through academic coursework and/or work experience.
The position requires proficiency in Java, C#, C, and C++.
Familiarity with HTTP, XML, JSON, REST, and React is necessary.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns is required.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL is essential.
The candidate should have experience in building tools and software libraries.
Troubleshooting and performing root-cause analysis for large scale legacy applications is also required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $137,259.00 to $164,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments.
Salary may vary based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
