Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or large-scale web environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
Full-stack experience in building and maintaining production web and server applications is necessary, with expertise in relational and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in modern backend languages (e.g., Rust, Go, Java, Python) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React) is essential.
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and containers (Docker/Kubernetes) is required.
Candidates should be skilled in diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization issues.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) is important.
A collaborative, pragmatic, and user-focused mindset, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills, is necessary.
The ability to navigate unfamiliar systems and write maintainable, well-tested code is required.

The salary range for this position is $100-130K, plus a bonus.
