Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical pre-sales role.
  • Hands-on experience with traffic management and load-balancing technologies such as F5, Citrix, Riverbed, or Kemp is required.
  • A strong knowledge of HTTP, web servers, web applications, and associated protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, SMTP, DNS, etc.) is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Linux/UNIX systems and networking technologies, including internet security products and services, is essential.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures such as microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker is required.
  • Experience with API development/management and DevOps tools and processes is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to influence and guide customers.
  • Relevant certifications or experience deploying similar industry solutions is a plus.
