Remote Sr. Team Lead, Software Engineering

Description:

• The role involves building the cloud platform that transforms electronics design, allowing design engineers to communicate, collaborate, and bring their ideas to market efficiently.
• The position is part of a team that crafts the best user experience by delivering essential features for engineers to make informed decisions.
• The Team Lead will guide a critical team, taking ownership of key areas such as setting the engineering direction, improving application architecture, and enhancing user experience.
• Responsibilities include championing simplicity and performance, proposing solutions for efficiency, ensuring data security and privacy, and managing team and project duties.
• The breakdown of duties is 30% team management, 30% project management, 30% technical development, and 10% other duties.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have proficiency in developing complex cloud products focused on B2B.
• Experience with Python (Django, Flask, FastApi) and TypeScript (Angular, Vue, Node) is required.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD is necessary.
• Experience using Sentry, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar tools for monitoring is expected.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team while delivering complex projects is required.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and articulate technical concepts are necessary.
• Candidates should demonstrate proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
• A minimum of 2 years of team and project leadership experience is required.
• At least 7 years of software engineering experience is necessary.
• Experience working in international teams is preferred.
• Bonus points for having enterprise customer experience.
