  • The ability to handle open-ended, ambiguous briefs is crucial, as the candidate should find ways to start and drive the research process.
  • Familiarity with creating journey maps, service blueprints, or ecosystem maps is expected.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with a knack for explaining research to cross-functional teams.
