Requirements:
Candidates must have 3–6 years of hands-on UX research experience, excluding internships or academic roles.
Direct experience conducting research for enterprise or B2B products, such as SaaS, healthcare, platforms, or internal tools, is required.
Comfort working with US-based users and stakeholders is essential, along with the ability to adapt research communication accordingly.
Strong system-level thinking is necessary to map workflows, identify gaps, and untangle complex journeys.
The ability to handle open-ended, ambiguous briefs is crucial, as the candidate should find ways to start and drive the research process.
Familiarity with creating journey maps, service blueprints, or ecosystem maps is expected.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with a knack for explaining research to cross-functional teams.
