QAD Redzone is seeking a proven iOS developer to join a cross-functional delivery team that includes Web, iOS, and Servers developers.
The role involves developing and enhancing manufacturing workflows in the Redzone Web applications.
The candidate will complete delivery work committed during the sprint to achieve business goals.
The position requires leveraging the latest Web technologies to help maintain a competitive edge.
The developer will utilize feature flags to rapidly deploy and iterate on new features while minimizing the risk of delivering software to production.
The role includes providing subject matter expertise during incidents to resolve customer issues quickly.
Participation in forums to explore interests outside of sprint work and contribute ideas for continuous system improvement is expected.
The candidate must commit to helping the team and the wider business achieve their goals.
This position is fully remote but must be based in Mexico, with no Visa sponsorship available.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of Web Development experience, including at least 3 years of experience with Vue.
Fluency in English is required, as the candidate will work with international teams to design and discuss daily.
Strong knowledge of Vue 3 and TypeScript is essential.
Experience with associated packages like Bun, Deno, or Nest.js is required.
Proficiency in CI/CD using GitHub Actions is necessary.
The candidate must have experience with API-first design using Open API Spec (OAS) and be comfortable developing RESTful APIs.
Writing testable code is a must.
Familiarity with Trunk Based Development and Continuous Delivery is required.
Nice to have skills include experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) Systems Architectures, generating endpoints and models from OAS, server-side JavaScript development with Node.js, Launch Darkly Feature Flagging, and Docker.
Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript is also required.
