Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a cloud operations, SRE, or technical support role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Applicants must be comfortable working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container-based deployments is necessary.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for infrastructure and applications are required.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools is expected.
  • Exposure to CI/CD workflows and basic scripting is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting production environments and resolving incidents in a collaborative team setting is important.
