Remote SRE/DevOps Engineer

Description:

• Wisedocs is seeking a SRE/DevOps Engineer to help make medical document processing easier and more accessible using AI.

• Candidates should have coding skills and a passion for problem-solving, with a desire to learn about modern cloud systems.
• Responsibilities include investigating and fixing technical issues, monitoring AWS cloud services and Kubernetes clusters, writing automation scripts, assisting with software releases, and documenting solutions.
• The position requires U.S. citizenship for at least 3 years and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have some programming experience, which can come from school, projects, internships, or personal work.
• Comfort with using the command line and basic coding/scripting is necessary.
• An understanding of internet fundamentals, such as HTTP and APIs, is required.
• A willingness to learn about cloud platforms like AWS is essential.
• Clear communication skills are needed to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Bonus points for experience with Docker, Kubernetes, browser developer tools, or CI/CD pipelines.
