Description:

• Workana is seeking a Semi-Senior Fullstack Developer (Part-Time) with solid experience in developing custom dashboards, integrating with the OpenAI API, and building dynamic solutions.
• The project aims to innovate talent selection and predictive automation within the industry, driven by one of Workana's clients.
• It combines an agile content management system (WordPress) with a modern tech stack (Node.js/React) to revolutionize the automatic management of profiles, interviews, and predictive reports through AI implementation.
• The ideal candidate should have a technical mindset focused on innovation, the ability to build dynamic modules, and robust integration of AI-based solutions.
• Candidates should be capable of working on both backend and frontend, with skills in interface design, complex logic, and application security.
• Main responsibilities include developing three integrated functional dashboards for clients, candidates, and administrators, implementing automatic processing of predictive reports, ensuring secure integration with the OpenAI API, maintaining security and performance, and providing basic support for payment gateways.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have over 4 years of experience developing with Node.js/Express for backend tasks.
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and Webhooks is required.
• Proficiency in the OpenAI API is mandatory.
• For frontend tasks, candidates should have over 3 years of experience developing with React.js (Next.js or CRA).
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and design frameworks like Tailwind is necessary.
• Experience in responsive design for both desktop and mobile platforms is required.
• Candidates should have experience with WordPress, particularly in managing Custom Post Types.
• Familiarity with tools like Elementor or Gutenberg for static content is essential.
• Additional key knowledge includes experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), data processing and manipulation (JSON, database queries), and developing custom dashboards with conditional logic.
• Experience in real projects involving AI integration (such as personnel selection, e-learning, or SaaS) is preferred.
• Experience in developing startups or MVPs with a focus on scalability is ideal.
• Good practices in documentation and code organization are expected.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and cloud deployments (GCP or AWS) is beneficial.
