The Staff Angular Software Engineer will shape and drive the technical direction of the frontend platform across multiple teams, making critical architectural decisions that impact the entire frontend ecosystem.

Requirements:
Candidates must have advanced technical expertise, including deep mastery of Angular, RxJS, and modern frontend architecture patterns, with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale Angular applications for significant user bases is required, along with a deep understanding of micro-frontend architectures and scalable state management.
Expert knowledge of advanced CSS architecture patterns, design systems, and web performance optimization is necessary, as well as a strong background in establishing standards for accessibility and responsive design.
Proven ability to establish testing strategies and frameworks that scale across multiple teams is essential, including experience in building automated testing infrastructures for complex Angular applications.
Candidates should possess deep expertise in frontend performance optimization, bundle size management, and application scalability, along with experience in advanced debugging and profiling techniques.
A demonstrated ability to create and execute technical roadmaps that align with business objectives is required, as well as a track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple teams.
High comfort level using LLMs and modern AI tools is necessary.
