Requirements:

  • The candidate must help design, build, and operate Atticus’ APIs with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • They should plan roadmaps 3-6 months ahead while being engaged in week-to-week operations.
  • The role requires evaluating storage technologies and methodologies for scalability and performance.
  • The engineer must architect, design, review, and test code in a collaborative environment with other software engineers.
  • They should leverage their team to create excellent products and services and train other technical leaders on the team.
  • Bonus qualifications include having been the best engineer in the room, leading successful engineering teams for critical products, and having over 5 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
  • A passion for fostering career growth, operational excellence, and collaboration with product and design teams is also desired.
