Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in software engineering with large-scale, production-grade systems.
• Expertise in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, or JVM-based (Java/Kotlin), with proficiency in at least two.
• Experience in building and scaling distributed systems with a focus on reliability and performance, covering both compute and data layers.
• A strong background in cloud architecture and infrastructure design, particularly in AWS or Google Cloud environments.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and manage technical debt while maintaining speed in development.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of aligning stakeholders and leading cross-functional efforts.
• A deep understanding of integrating security, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines throughout the software development lifecycle.
