  • Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow, are necessary.
  • A deep understanding of modern computer vision architectures, particularly large vision models and Transformers, is required.
  • Experience with multimodal data (images, video, text) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows is important.
  • The candidate should be hands-on, self-directed, and possess a strong sense of ownership.
  • Clear thinking, quick testing, and evidence-based iteration are crucial for success in this role.
  • The ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
