Maintaining orchestration workflows and ensuring data processes meet performance expectations is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with deep knowledge of modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake (or equivalents).
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala are necessary.
Expertise in building and maintaining cloud data warehouses and data pipelines to support analytical and operational workloads is required.
A solid background in data modeling (dimensional/star/snowflake schemas) and experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode is essential.
Familiarity with streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) and DevOps tools like Terraform for infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
The ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions is crucial.
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a track record of mentoring peers in data best practices are important.

The base salary range for this position is $136,000 – $180,000, plus bonus and equity components.
