Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with deep knowledge of modern data stack tools like dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake (or equivalents).
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala are necessary.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining cloud data warehouses and data pipelines to support analytical and operational workloads is required.
  • A solid background in data modeling (dimensional/star/snowflake schemas) and experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode is essential.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) and DevOps tools like Terraform for infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions is crucial.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a track record of mentoring peers in data best practices are important.

Benefits:

  • The base salary range for this position is $136,000 – $180,000, plus bonus and equity components.
