Requirements:

  • Experience with large-scale data collection and event streaming platforms, like Segment, is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership across teams and large-scale projects without direct authority is expected.
  • Proven ability to drive technical consensus and long-term data strategies is required.
  • Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders across engineering, analytics, and product are necessary.
  • Candidates should be strategic thinkers with a history of solving complex problems and enabling scalable systems.
