Requirements:
Candidates must have 8–12+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering, with deep architectural expertise.
Advanced proficiency in cloud-based data platforms, preferably GCP/BigQuery, is required.
A strong command of data modeling and transformation frameworks, such as DBT, is necessary.
Experience with large-scale data collection and event streaming platforms, like Segment, is essential.
Demonstrated leadership across teams and large-scale projects without direct authority is expected.
Proven ability to drive technical consensus and long-term data strategies is required.
Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders across engineering, analytics, and product are necessary.

The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $185,000, with final compensation based on experience and skills.
