Requirements:

  • Candidates must have experience in leveraging AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment is required, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 3 years of experience.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, product, and legal teams is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with practical experience using Snowflake for data processing and transformation, is required.
  • Candidates should be skilled in reporting and dashboard creation using Power BI.
  • A deep understanding of data governance principles and frameworks is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring data quality programs at scale is required.
  • Candidates must possess a strong initiative and ownership mindset, with the ability to drive progress independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
