Requirements:
Proven track record building and deploying sophisticated machine learning solutions, with deep experience in agentic systems, NLP, or deep learning.
Demonstrated success architecting scalable data pipelines and ML platforms that support high-volume model training and inference.
Expert-level proficiency in the Python ecosystem (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) for both research and production systems.
Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, model fine-tuning, RLHF, comprehensive evaluation frameworks, and drift detection systems.
Advanced SQL skills and expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
Deep understanding of database architectures and their trade-offs, plus experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing (Spark, Dask).
