  • Deep expertise in data science and engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD, testing, and observability, is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, with a proven ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems.
  • Proven leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion are required.
  • Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A high degree of autonomy and the ability to proactively identify and prioritize impactful opportunities is essential.
