The Staff DevOps Engineer will drive the architecture for Agiloft CloudOps systems, focusing on scalable and resilient designs.
This role involves collaboration across teams and leading DevOps initiatives to achieve departmental goals.
Responsibilities include architecting and implementing highly available systems, defining best practices for CI/CD and automation, and designing advanced security measures.
The engineer will conduct performance analysis, lead infrastructure migrations, develop documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of related experience in DevOps.
Expertise in DevOps principles, AWS, and Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is essential.
Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems and troubleshooting is required.
Candidates should be skilled in managing monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby is necessary.
A deep understanding of networking concepts, version control systems, CI/CD tools, containerization, and cloud platforms is required.
Superior problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
Proven experience in security best practices, including identity and access management, is necessary.
Candidates must be eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and participate in an on-call rotation.
