PadSplit is seeking a Staff Engineer specializing in Frontend development to lead the creation of scalable, user-friendly interfaces that enhance member and host experiences.
This role will ensure that the digital platform remains intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the mission to transform affordable housing.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern Frontend frameworks like React and a strong design sensibility that combines functionality and aesthetics.
Responsibilities include leading architectural decisions, writing and reviewing high-quality code, collaborating with product managers and designers, mentoring team members, optimizing performance, designing complex systems, improving development tools, and ensuring a focus on user experience.
