Requirements:
You must have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, which may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
Proficiency in using AI productivity tools such as Windsurf and Cursor is required.
A minimum of 6 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language is necessary.
A passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, along with a focus on reusability and componentization, is essential.
You should have experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
Familiarity with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue is required.
Strong analytical and design skills are necessary.
The ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level is expected.
