Remote Staff Frontend Software Engineer

Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Staff Frontend Software Engineer to join our fully remote team.
• As a key player in our Engineering team, you will contribute to architectural design and have an impact on how we develop our product.
• This role demands solid software engineering and web programming foundations and the ability to drive significant business value through technical solutions.
• Responsibilities include participating in daily software development activities, leading the development of larger strategic features, designing and implementing architectural solutions, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the product and team processes.

Requirements:

• You must currently reside in Europe.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in algorithmic thinking and problem-solving is essential.
• A deep understanding of the web tech stack and its building blocks, including web app security and network protocols, is necessary.
• Solid software engineering foundations and the ability to handle or debug issues in unfamiliar technologies or codebases are required.
• Concise and logical communication skills, both written and verbal, are important.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to balance business goals with technical purity is needed, especially in high-paced, shifting priorities.
• Experience in leading engineering teams of 3-5 people is required.
