Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
Strong experience with Python and JavaScript is necessary, along with proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver enterprise applications is essential.
Expertise in building cloud-native applications using serverless technologies is required.
A strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is necessary.
Candidates should be skilled in RESTful API design, data modeling with relational databases (especially Postgres), and database performance tuning.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and LLM-based applications is preferred.
Bonus points for experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Infrastructure as Code, and data science libraries (numpy, pandas, etc.).
