Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.
The company utilizes AI-powered task mining to observe employee actions across the desktop and categorize them into detailed process maps.
Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends optimal technology for automation, and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.
The engineering approach prioritizes customer needs, works in small project-based teams, and encourages flexibility in problem-solving.
The role involves improving and expanding the capabilities of the Mimica Web App by designing robust architecture, developing new features, and taking operational responsibility for the built components.
Daily tasks include developing a visualization tool and data-rich dashboard, building interfaces for real-time frontend services, enabling auto-generation of process maps, participating in architectural decisions, providing feedback through pair programming, and participating in hiring and onboarding.
