Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with high engineering standards is required.
  • Proven experience in architecting scalable UI components and algorithms that efficiently handle large datasets is necessary.
  • Experience with React and Redux, along with exposure to advanced state management challenges, is essential.
  • Knowledge of advanced system design principles, data structures, algorithms, and core concepts underlying scalable and reliable architectures is required.
  • A deep understanding of performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and strategies to minimize unnecessary re-renders, is necessary.
  • A commitment to upholding high engineering standards by delivering clean, testable, reusable, modular, and well-documented code is expected.
  • Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to methodically decompose systems to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions, are required.
  • A drive to continually develop skills, improve team processes, and reduce debt is essential.
  • Fluency in English with effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly is required.
