  • Responsibilities include architecting production ML systems, designing optimization algorithms, building inference pipelines, and creating evaluation frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in building production systems, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning at scale.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred, and a PhD is welcome.
  • Proven experience in deploying and maintaining ML systems that serve billions of requests is essential.
  • Technical depth is required, including experience with LLM and classical ML models, modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX), real-time inference, batch processing, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
  • Candidates should have experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to translate complex ML concepts for diverse audiences.
