As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will be part of a full-stack team focused on revolutionizing advertising technology for local advertisers.
You will work on building ML systems that handle billions of daily requests and enhance human interactions with AI.
The role involves tackling complex ML problems related to advertising optimization and human-centered design, including real-time campaign intelligence, data storytelling, AI ergonomics, and real-time decision systems.
Responsibilities include architecting production ML systems, designing optimization algorithms, building inference pipelines, and creating evaluation frameworks.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in building production systems, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning at scale.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred, and a PhD is welcome.
Proven experience in deploying and maintaining ML systems that serve billions of requests is essential.
Technical depth is required, including experience with LLM and classical ML models, modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX), real-time inference, batch processing, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
Candidates should have experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills are necessary to translate complex ML concepts for diverse audiences.
