• The Staff Platform Engineer will lead the design and implementation of foundational infrastructure systems that power Bestow’s products.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience designing and operating cloud-native systems at scale, such as GCP or AWS.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD automation tools like Terraform, Pulumi, ArgoCD, and CircleCI is required.
• Familiarity with container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes, is essential for optimizing security, performance, and reliability.
• A strong software engineering background is necessary, with proficiency in languages such as Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• The candidate should have a proven track record of driving alignment across teams through design documents, RFCs, and technical strategy.
• Mentoring others with empathy and raising the technical bar through thoughtful code reviews and architectural guidance is expected.
