Remote Staff Product Security Engineer - AI

Description:

• Responsibilities include developing tooling using AI to identify security vulnerabilities, reducing tooling noise and false positives, interfacing with engineering teams to convey impacts and provide remediation guidance, and contributing to the security research function.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience in application security.
• A proven track record of manually testing for and identifying impactful vulnerabilities is required.
• The ability to effectively partner and communicate with Engineering and Product teams is essential.
• Experience in securing large-scale web/mobile applications, including performing security code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and manual testing for logic flaws is necessary.
• Familiarity with various prompt engineering techniques and AI models to develop tooling is required.
• Candidates should be able to write clean and maintainable code that integrates across various systems.
• Experience in publicly writing about or presenting security-related work is needed.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science or a related field is mandatory.
