Communicating findings through artifacts such as user segments, persona frameworks, jobs to be done, user journeys, and task analyses is expected.
Providing mentorship to other team members and championing the discipline across the organization is also part of the role.
Requirements:
The candidate must have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Extensive experience in applying customer-centered research techniques to product definition and designs is required.
Expert knowledge in defining, planning, and executing research studies, including outlining objectives, goals, and timelines, is essential.
A portfolio of work that represents research influencing significant insights or experiences is necessary, including examples of research goals, methodologies, processes, and data visualizations.

The position offers a base pay range of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
