Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 8+ years of experience, including at least 2 years at a Staff/Principal level.
  • A proven track record of technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration is required.
  • Deep backend expertise is necessary, particularly with Laravel, MySQL, Livewire, AWS, Nova, Vapor, Vue, and Tailwind.
  • Strong product and systems thinking is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should possess a startup mentality, demonstrating a bias toward action, autonomy, and impact.
  • Experience with AI/LLM applications or healthcare systems is a bonus.
