As a Staff Software Engineer on the Card team, you will work with product and technical leaders to drive the technical strategy for the AI-driven credit platform.

Requirements:
You must have 7+ years of experience developing web APIs within .NET (C#).
Experience in building resilient financial systems with state machine logic and complex lifecycles is required.
You should be able to balance immediate business needs with long-term architectural considerations.
A strong understanding of distributed systems, queue-based architectures, and data-intensive applications is necessary.
Experience in scaling consumer-facing products with significant transaction volumes is essential.
You must be able to collaborate effectively with product, risk, and operational teams.
Comfort in making decisions with incomplete information and adapting as new data emerges is important.
You should possess skills in mentoring and elevating the capabilities of other engineers.
