As a Staff Software Engineer, you will shape the technical direction and architecture of the software platform.
You will lead the design and development of complex software systems, working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.

You must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
You must have at least 8 years of professional experience in software development with a solid record of designing and building complex software systems.
You should possess expertise in one or more programming languages, with extensive experience in the JVM and expertise in Kotlin or Java being ideal.
A strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices is required.
Experience working with cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is necessary.
You should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban, is expected.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers are essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with data analytics or industrial process data is a plus.
