Requirements:

• You must have 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience working at a fast-paced startup is required.
• You should be in the top 5% of your peers in terms of skills and performance.
• Clear communication and thinking skills are essential.
• Familiarity with the tech stack, including Typescript, NextJS, Neon (Serverless PostgreSQL), Temporal.io, and AWS via Flightcontrol, is necessary.
