This is a leadership position within a technical team, requiring experience in owning and spearheading the evolution of a significant codebase.
Essential duties include developing solutions that add value across systems, collaborating with stakeholders, fostering a Test First mentality, translating complex product requirements, and supporting cross-functional business processes.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a computer-related subject area or related business field is required.
You must have eight or more years of experience in Information Technology and solution delivery, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in similar fields.
Proficiency in AI tools such as GH co-pilot, C#, .NET 8+, SQL, Git, Unit Testing, RESTful web services, messaging & queuing, front-end frameworks such as React, Docker, Microservice Data Architecture, and Microfrontend & Atomic Design is essential.
Preferred experience includes MySQL, Postgres, Kubernetes, and GraphQL.
You should have the ability to mentor and support mid-level and junior engineers as they progress in their technical skills and knowledge.
