The Staff Engineer will work on the Direct Issuance team to architect and build the next generation of the partner inventory synchronization platform, impacting millions of ticket buyers and thousands of partner relationships.
Key tasks include leading architectural decisions, solving complex technical problems, designing user-friendly APIs, building AI-first solutions, improving execution efficiency, and mentoring other engineers.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 10 years of professional experience in software development across multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Go.
Expertise in designing and implementing robust, mission-critical systems is required.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential, with a proven ability to break down complex technical challenges and design scalable solutions.
A user experience-centric approach is necessary, with a track record of building intuitive APIs and integration tools.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and high-throughput data processing pipelines is required.
