Remote Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack

Description:

• Refine the analytics engine to extract more nuanced insights from patient records using proprietary tools and advanced statistical methods.
• Streamline recurring calculations, enhance data transmission and storage methods for in-depth analysis at each stage of the analytics pipeline.
• Improve architecture for better maintainability, testability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) across organizational applications using a federated login solution.
• Develop and integrate a regression testing framework into the analytics stack for robustness and reliability.

Requirements:

• 12-15+ years of full-stack development experience, focusing on backend and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Node.js for AWS Lambda functions.
• Familiarity with React and strong expertise in AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, Amplify, Cognito, Step Functions, CDK).
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, AirFlow, dbt, database technologies (Postgres, DynamoDB), and Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, independence in a fast-paced remote environment, excellent communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in health tech domain, especially in hospital billing systems, is advantageous.
